  CMP -COMMON MINIMUM PROGRAM IN KENDRIYA VIDYALAYAS

CMP Initiatives (Class I to V) of the Vidyalaya
Analysis and proposed POA
Overview
 CMP is a complete and comprehensive plan for qualitative improvement in Primary Education. Eight parameters have been listed out Many of these are in place in Primary Education. CMP has brought in need based thrust areas that endeavors to refine the existing procedures.

The major areas around which CMP revolves round
Child Inspired holistic approach
  • NCF 2005 curriculum, philosophy, methods and evaluation.
 Developing support system
*      A good stock of TLM with periodic replenishments with a stock and issue register is maintained. 
*      Separate photocopier is in use for making competency wise / lesson wise worksheets of all the subjects / classes
*      Separate resource room is available with all the necessary things as per the CMP norms.  Computer room, Library  are used to show film using the projector .
 Class library
*       KV 1 Srinagar  has class  library for primary children. With lot of books for them to read
        Sr most prt  is coordinating the stock entry, issue register entries, accessibility of quality and quantity of books
*       In the Primary library we have a Tv and projector  with all Educational .
Developing Monitoring and evaluating system
*       Classroom observation,   scrutiny of class work tearmwise is done as per the instruction. Suitable suggestions are given and follow up of suggestions are also maintained.
*       Principal discusses each of the aspects stated in CMP and gives suitable suggestions to implement CMP in the true spirit.

Redesigning of time table to address the need of child friendly curriculum.
*      Two block periods, CCA block periods and AV room block periods
*      Principal allotted classes/ subjects accordingly to strength and abilities of teachers. Time Table is made flexible and subject heads to plan activities in subject committee meetings on last working day.
Providing exposure to children of primary classes with special emphasis on nurturing talents.
*      CCA calendar of activities are planned and implemented
*      Important dates weeks / months etc to be observed highlighting its significance
*      We celebrated Bal Diwas
*      Over all house performance was awarded.
 CCA coordinator is maintaining a profile of gifted students counsel the parents for the furthering of talents.
*      Community lunch program is being organized monthly and also on children’s day
*      
*      Educational excursion are arranged in the month of September
*      Film shows are a regular feature with a definite timetable as per the schedule given by kvs . A       Separate file is also maintained for it
*      Publication of few students are contributed to E- Patrika
*      Mini Sports Meet – Our children has participated and won many prizes in the Mini Sports Meet.
*      News letter was  published as per the schedule given by the RO.
           Creating an Enabling Environment for child inspired learning
*      Framing of comprehensive Discipline plan for corrective Discipline for the Primary classes
*      Teachers has done help in Guidance and Counseling to the needy children

सीएमपी प्राथमिक शिक्षा में गुणात्मक सुधार के लिए एक पूर्ण और व्यापक योजना है. आठ मापदंडों बाहर सूचीबद्ध किया गया है इनमें से कई प्राथमिक शिक्षा में जगह में हैं.सीएमपी आवश्यकता आधारित महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों है कि मौजूदा प्रक्रिया को निखारने प्रयासों में लाया गया है.

बाल प्रेरित समग्र दृष्टिकोण
एनसीएफ 2005 पाठ्यक्रम, दर्शन, तरीके और मूल्यांकन.

समर्थन प्रणाली विकसित
एक शेयर और मुद्दे रजिस्टर के साथ आवधिक replenishments के साथ TLM का एक अच्छा स्टॉक  बना रखा है.
अलग फोटोकोपियर सभी विषयों / वर्गों की योग्यता वार / सबक बुद्धिमान कार्यपत्रक बनाने के लिए उपयोग में है
अलग संसाधन कमरा सीएमपी मानदंडों के अनुसार सभी आवश्यक चीजों के साथ उपलब्ध है. कंप्यूटर का कमरा, पुस्तकालय फिल्म दिखाने प्रोजेक्टर का उपयोग किया जाता है.

कक्षा पुस्तकालय
केवी 1 श्रीनगर में प्राथमिक बच्चों के लिए कक्षा पुस्तकालय है. 
वरिष्ठ प्राथमिक शिक्षक शेयर प्रविष्टि, मुद्दे रजिस्टर प्रविष्टियों, गुणवत्ता की पहुंच और पुस्तकों की मात्रा समन्वय है
संसाधन कक्ष में प्रश्नोत्तरी, भाषा खेलों, नेशनल ज्योग्राफिक, डिस्कवरी, पशु ग्रह की तरह सभी शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम के साथ है.
निगरानी का विकास और मूल्यांकन प्रणाली
कक्षा प्रेक्षण, वर्ग काम tearmwise की जांच अनुदेश प्रति के रूप में किया जाता है. 
 प्राचार्य  सीएमपी में कहा पहलुओं में से प्रत्येक चर्चा और उपयुक्त सुझाव देता है सच्ची भावना में सीएमपी को लागू है.

समय - सारणी के redesigning के लिए बच्चे के अनुकूल पाठ्यक्रम की जरूरत को संबोधित है.
· दो अवधियों ब्लॉक, सीसीए ब्लॉक अवधि और ए.वी. कमरे ब्लॉक अवधि
वर्गों विषयों आवंटित शक्ति और शिक्षकों की क्षमताओं को तदनुसार के साथ प्रधानाचार्य ·. टाइम टेबल flexibile और विषय सिर अंतिम कार्य दिवस के विषय पर समिति की बैठकों में गतिविधियों की योजना बना है.
प्रतिभा पोषण पर विशेष जोर देने के साथ प्राथमिक कक्षाओं के बच्चों को जोखिम प्रदान करना.
* गतिविधियों का सीसीए कैलेंडर की योजना बनाई और कार्यान्वित कर रहे हैं
* महत्वपूर्ण तारीखों / सप्ताह, महीने के लिए इसके महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला मनाया जाना  आदि
* हम बाल दिवस मनाया
*सभी घर प्रदर्शन ओवर से सम्मानित किया गया.
* स्टार स्पीकर, कमाल कलाकार, योग्य लेखक, तकनीक प्रेमी, कोकिला, सभी राउंडर आदि पुरस्कार वर्ष के अंत में सम्मानित किया जा रहा है.
* समुदाय दोपहर के भोजन के कार्यक्रम हर महीने एवं बाल दिवस  पर किया जा रहा है
*शैक्षिक भ्रमण सितंबर  के महीने में व्यवस्था की गई
ँ फिल्म शो के वी एस द्वारा दी गई अनुसूची के अनुसार के रूप में एक निश्चित समय सारिणी के साथ एक नियमित विशेषता है. इसके लिए एक अलग फ़ाइल भी रखा गया है
* कुछ छात्रों के प्रकाशन विद्यालय पत्रिका के लिए योगदान कर रहे हैं
* समाचार पत्र आरओ द्वारा दी गई अनुसूची के अनुसार के रूप में प्रकाशित कर रहे हैं.
